Shopify ERP Integration
Orders, stock and finance flowing between Shopify and your ERP automatically.

Wholesale in, single units out.
They sold by the case; the warehouse shipped by the unit — and someone was translating between the two by hand, order after order.
We built a custom app that maps every wholesale SKU to its single-unit equivalent automatically, so each order reaches the warehouse already in the language it speaks.
Hands-off wholesale · every order picked right first time

We build the middleware layer that syncs orders, stock and finance between Shopify and your ERP or WMS via their APIs and webhooks — both directions, in near real time. The aim is to take manual re-keying out of the process.
What that middleware does:
- Shopify’s order webhooks trigger the sync out to your ERP the moment an order is placed, with SKUs, variants, bundles and wholesale units mapped to their ERP equivalents in the middleware.
- Stock levels sync back the other way, on a schedule or by webhook, so the storefront reflects what the warehouse can fulfil.
- Finance data lands in your accounts system reconciled, not re-typed.
- Full audit trails — every record that moves is logged, so you can trace any order or stock movement end to end.
- Alerting built in — if a sync fails or data doesn’t match, you know before your customers do.
- New mappings and bigger changes are proven on a staging environment before they touch a live order.
We work across a vast range of ERP, finance and warehouse systems — the big enterprise platforms, the mid-market names, and the custom in-house systems nobody else wants to touch. If it has an API, or even just a file drop, we can connect Shopify to it.
Shopify ERP integration, answered.
What does a Shopify ERP integration cost?
It depends on how many systems are talking, how much they disagree, and how many edge cases live in your process. A one-way order feed is a different job from a two-way sync with finance reconciliation. We scope it properly first, then give you a fixed, itemised price before any work starts.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many systems and edge cases are in scope — a one-way order feed moves faster than a two-way sync with finance reconciliation. You get a firm timeline in the scoping document before we begin.
Which ERP and WMS systems do you work with?
A vast range — enterprise platforms, mid-market systems, and the custom in-house software plenty of businesses still run on. The name on the box matters less than the interface behind it. If it exposes an API, or exchanges files on a schedule, we can connect Shopify to it reliably.
How do you keep the data accurate?
Every sync writes a full audit trail, mappings are validated on every run, and automated alerting flags any mismatch or failed sync immediately.
