A custom bundle builder interface used for a peak-trading promotion

Build a bundle, unlock the reward.

For peak moments like Black Friday, a discount alone wasn’t enough. Knocking a percentage off the price doesn’t change how someone shops — it just costs margin on what they were already going to buy.

We built a custom bundle builder with tiered rewards — the more you add, the more you unlock — flexible enough to reskin for any occasion, all year round.

Bundles · Promotions · Custom App

Bigger baskets at peak · one tool for every occasion

(03) — What we audit

We follow the buyer, not a checklist.

A conversion audit that lists generic best practice is worth reading once and forgetting. Ours follows an actual buyer through your actual store, on the devices your customers really use, and writes down every point where they’d hesitate or quit.

That means looking closely at:

  • Core Web Vitals and page speed at the moments that matter most — product pages and checkout — because a slow load loses buyers before they’ve seen your product properly.
  • The checkout flow itself, step by step, for friction that has nothing to do with price and everything to do with how many taps it takes.
  • Mobile behaviour specifically, since most of your traffic is arriving on a phone and being tested on a desktop monitor helps nobody.
  • The quiet drop-off points — the screens where people don’t complain, they just leave — found through session recordings and real usage data, not guesswork.
  • Structured data and how your product and review markup shows up in search results.
  • Script and app weight that builds up over time and slows the store down without anyone noticing.

An audit on its own changes nothing. What matters is what happens after the document lands — and that’s engineering work, not a slide deck.

(04) — FAQ

Shopify conversion audits, answered.

What does a Shopify conversion audit cost?

It depends on the size of the store and how deep the review needs to go — a single-product store is a different job from a large catalogue with a complex checkout. We scope it first, then give you a fixed, itemised price before any work starts.

Do you just hand over a report, or fix the issues too?

We can do either, but we'd steer you towards both. A report that names the problems and stops there leaves the hard part undone. Most clients have us implement the fixes directly, since we're the ones who found them.

How long does an audit take?

The audit itself usually takes a couple of days, and you'll get a firm timeline before we start. Implementing what it finds can run alongside it or afterwards, depending on how much the audit turns up and how you'd like to prioritise it.

Can you tell us how much our conversion rate will improve?

Rather than promise a precise percentage up front, we show you exactly where buyers are hesitating or leaving, and explain why each fix should help — then let the work speak for itself once it's live.

Is this just about the checkout, or the whole store?

The whole buying journey — from the first page a visitor lands on through to the confirmation screen. Checkout tends to get the attention, but plenty of lost sales happen earlier, on slow product pages or confusing navigation, long before anyone reaches the basket.
