Shopify Store Development
A new Shopify store engineered around how you take orders, hold stock and ship — not a template with your logo on it.

We start with the business, not the build.
Most store builds start with a screen. Ours start with a question: how does this business operate today, order by order, before anything gets rebuilt.
We map what you sell, how you hold stock, how orders move once they’re placed, and where the current setup slows you down. Only then does anything get built — so the store fits the business instead of the business bending to fit the store.
One store, engineered as a whole.
A new Shopify store isn’t a theme install. It’s a piece of software your business will run on for years, built on Online Store 2.0 — JSON templates, sections and blocks that give merchandising real flexibility without touching code.
Every build we deliver covers the full stack behind the storefront:
- Information architecture and product structure built around how you sell, not a generic template’s assumptions.
- Data modelled with metafields and metaobjects, so product, collection and content structures match your catalogue instead of a default schema.
- Checkout, shipping and tax configured correctly for your markets from launch, not patched afterwards.
- Integrations wired in at launch through the Admin API and Storefront API, with webhooks handling anything that needs to update in real time.
- Performance engineered in from the first commit — Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores tracked through the build, not checked once at the end.
- Clean, documented code structured so the next developer working on it, whether that’s us again in a year or someone else, can follow it.
Structure, data, integrations and performance get decided together, not bolted on in sequence — that’s what makes a build hold up under real order volume.
Shopify store development, answered.
What does Shopify store development cost?
It depends on the size of your catalogue, how many markets you sell into, and how much operational complexity sits behind the storefront. We scope the build first, then give you a fixed, itemised quote before any work starts.
How long does a new store build take?
Most full builds are measured in weeks, not months. The exact timeline depends on catalogue size and how many systems need connecting at launch. You'll have a firm schedule agreed before we start.
Do you build the theme too, or just the technical work?
Both, when that's what the job needs. Design and build aren't separate hand-offs here — the same team structuring your data and checkout also builds what customers see, so nothing gets lost translating between the two.
Can you migrate our existing store rather than start from scratch?
Yes. Migration is a variant of the same process — we map what exists today, decide what's worth carrying forward, and rebuild the rest properly rather than dragging old problems into a new store.
Will the store connect to our other systems?
If it needs to, yes. Stock systems, finance tools, fulfilment software — we connect them through the Admin API, the Storefront API or webhooks, whichever fits how the data needs to move. That integration layer is built as part of the same engagement, not bolted on later.
What happens after launch?
We stay on call for fixes, monitoring and improvements once the store is live. Launch is the start of the store's life, not the end of the project, and most of what makes a store earn well happens after that first day.
