(02) — How we work

One team that holds the whole picture.

Design, build, integrations and support all sit with the same team, so the people who built your store are the people who look after it.

That means the context stays in one place. When something needs changing, we already know why the store works the way it does — which is usually the difference between a fix that takes an afternoon and one that takes a fortnight.

(03) — What we cover

Store, systems, and everything after launch.

The storefront is what people see. The systems behind it are what sell. We build and connect both, then stay to keep them running.

In practice:

  • Shopify Plus stores, built new or rebuilt around how your business operates rather than how a template assumes it does.
  • Custom themes engineered from scratch on Online Store 2.0 — sections, blocks, JSON templates — and careful changes to the theme you’re already running.
  • ERP, WMS and finance integrations, built on the Admin API with webhooks and scheduled syncs, so stock and orders stay right and nobody types the same data in twice.
  • B2B and wholesale set up properly — company accounts, tiered pricing, quantity breaks — usually alongside a rebuild or a move onto Plus.
  • Maintenance and monitoring after launch, because a store that’s live still needs someone watching it.

You’ll get a clear, written plan before any work starts.

(04) — FAQ

Shopify agency Manchester, answered.

What kind of Shopify work do you cover?

Store builds and rebuilds, custom themes, ERP and warehouse integrations, B2B and wholesale, migrations, and ongoing maintenance once everything's live. The common thread is engineering — the work that decides whether a store holds up as the business grows.

Is it one person, or a team?

A team. Design, development and integration work sit together, so a theme change and the system behind it get handled by people who talk to each other daily.

Do you build custom apps, or only work with themes?

Both. Themes cover most of what a storefront needs, but custom apps come in for the things Online Store 2.0 and the app store can't handle — logic that needs the Admin or Storefront API directly.

What does a project cost?

It's scoped first — what needs fixing or launching — then set out as a fixed, itemised price before any work starts.

What if we're not sure what we need yet?

A normal starting point. Tell us what's not working and we'll say what would fix it — including when the answer is simpler or smaller than you expected.
